One must step out of their comfort zone to grow.  Painting a mural in the foyer walls of Tokyo Sushi Restaurant & Grill in Beaumont and Port Arthur Texas is one of many instances where I do just that.  I stepped out of my comfort zone to paint BIGGER, with limited color, and using free-hand.  In order to paint free-hand, I had to trust my artistic ability and let the lines instinctively flow out of the paintbrush.

And here are the results!

Tokyo Sushi Restaurant & Grill in Beaumont, Texas

In addition to the foyer murals, I made six custom 12in x 12in paintings to commemorate the family restaurant's 20 year anniversary.   I hung the paintings on the mural wall to complete the art.
